Error description

  • The Standardize NYSIIS algorithm drops terminal 'S' or 'Z' from
    the input field, but it shouldn't be dropped if it is the only
    character in the field.

Problem conclusion

  • The patch ensures that NYSIIS algorithm, when chcking for
    terminal 'S' or 'Z', will also ensure that the 'S' or 'Z'
    is not a single character token.
