Error description

• When the Instances widget is filtered on a Date metric,
  instances with a corresponding Date metric value that falls on
  the date prior to the specified date, or the date prior to the
  beginning of the specified date range, may be included in the
  filtered set of instances.
  

Local fix

• Use a DateTime metric instead of a Date metric in the monitor
  model.

  The Instances widget is incorrectly specifying the date/time
  range when retrieving instance data from the Monitor database
  (via Monitor REST services), so its code needs to be updated
  to correctly specify the date/time range.
  This problem will be addressed in a future maintenance release
  of IBM Business Monitor Version 8.0.
