WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 using the DownloadStatistics
scheduled job

PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
DownloadStatistics scheduled job fails when the ColumnNames
property is specified in the configuration

BUSINESS IMPACT:
Statistics are not copied from the production server to the
authoring server

RECOMMENDATION:

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The DownloadStatistics scheduled job was fixed to select the
correct columns on both the authoring and the staging server
databases when the ColumnNames property is specified in the
configuration.
