  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Q APPLY may not put monitor rows to the APPLYMON table due to a
    counter mismatch. ASN7620W with "The program could not gather
    monitoring information for "???" apply or spill agents for
    receive queue <queue_name>. The program will report this
    information after the next monitor interval." may be seen.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  •  Q APPLY reports ASN7620W in the log but never
    recovers and no monitor rows are published.
    Only a restart of Q APPLY fixes the issue.
    

Problem conclusion

  •  The internal space for the counters has been
    increased to avoid possible issues when
    getting close to the old maximum number
    allowed.
