Problem summary
The queryByRid operation currently fails if it encounters an intermediate table for a multiplicity one reference that has dandling weak references in it. This operation should be able to tolerate these dangling weak references being there since they are left there by design.
Problem conclusion
The queryByRid operation has been fixed to correctly honor the weak reference semantics.
