Error description

• When you open My Performance Dashboard in Process Portal,
  three options (concerning saving report, editing EPVs and
  exporting report to csv file) are not displayed.

  Code was missing that is reponsible for displaying a
  functional toolbar when My Peformance Dashboard initially
  loads.
  

Problem conclusion

• Necessary code was added that allowed for the toolbar to be
  displayed when My Performance dashboard initially loads. Code
  was also added to several jsp files with a few backend changes
  to allow the save, Manage Exposed Process Values, and Export
  actions to be functional on the toolbar.
  
  Fix is available on FixCentral.
  
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
  in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
  package as a separate download.
