Error description

  • In the My Team Performance scoreboard, when all tasks for
    managed groups/users are completed or there are no active tasks
    for managed groups/users, the Team Performance chart in the My
    Team Performance dashboard is empty.

    Code to retrieve tasks for the Team Performance chart only
    queried the database for active tasks.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A new database query has been added to retrieve the completed
    tasks for managed groups/users.  This query is invoked when
    there are no active tasks for managed groups/users.
    
    The fix for this issue is contained in the interim fix for
    Business Process Manager Version 8.0.1.0 for APAR JR45101
    (http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1JR45101).
    This interim fix is available on Fix Central.  Please refer to
    the separate file that is automatically downloaded with the
    interim fix for prerequisite information and
    installation/uninstallation instructions.
