Error description

• From a CMIS standard perspective, the parameter
  "versioningState"
  defaults to "major", however, if versioning is disabled, then
  the only
  allowed value is "none". The applicable CMIS operations are
  createDocument and createDocumentFromSource, both used by BPM.
  If we detect that versioning is disabled (document type property
  "IsVersioningEnabled" set to "false") then the BPM code can
  override the
  parameter value and always send the value "none" (such that it
  does not
  default to "major")

Problem summary

• Problem Summary:

  Problem Conclusion:
   The ECM integration feature determines the default value of the
  parameter "versioningState" by checking the document type
   property "IsVersioningEnabled". If true parameter
  "versioningState" is set to "major" otherwise to "none"
  
  These changes and those of the prereq apar JR45136 are limited
  to the ECM integration feature.
