APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Assigning work to users using the "list of users" option relies
  on user data in the database. This APAR ensures that user data
  is replicated for a new user, if she is part of the "list of
  users".
  

Local fix

• New users defined in the "list of users" has to do one time a
  login e.g. log into Process Portal.
  

Problem summary

• Problem Description:
  Tasks cannot be assigned to users who haven't logged in before -
  using List of Users task routing with a single list entry
  
  Problem Summary:
  When assigning a user task to a "List of Users" containing a
  single user - and this user is not yet replicated from the user
  registry to the BPM database, a NPE occurs.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
  Task assignments to a list of users containing a single entry
  now verify if the user exists in the user registry, if it could
  not be retrieved from the database. In that case, the user is
  replicated.
