• Problem Description
  When the GetInventoryAvailability service is invoked for a
  catentry with a null itemspc_id and baseitem_id when leveraging
  the DOM inventory model, the following exception is thrown:

  An InventoryApplicationException is thrown when utilizing the
  GetInventoryAvailability service with DOM inventory
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Low: This issue has a viable workaround

Problem conclusion

• With this fix applied, the itemspc and baseitem data is no
  longer required for using the GetInventoryAvailability service
