Error description

• With a free shipping promotion, selecting a shipping method that
  results in an actual cost (ie: non-$0 cost), then pressing  back
   to return to the previous page
  (the shopping cart page), the discount & total amount changes
  with incorrect value.

  WebSphere Commerce v7.0 customers who use a Madisons based
  starter store
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Shopping cart page order totals are confusing when a shopper has
  a shipping promotion and has come back from proceeding to
  checkout previously on the same order.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Incorrect order totals are being shown to the shopper on certain
  scenario
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Update the shopping cart display order totals section to
  accurately show totals without considering shipping because this
  screen does not deal with
  shipping, tax totals. It is just a view of order subtotal with
  order level discounts.
