Error description

  • When CSR wants to run subsequent commands in the same session
    under a specified customer's identity, this identity is lost in
    subsequent commands.

    WebSphere Commerce users on V7.0 who use RunAsUserSetInSession
    to run subsequent commands
    
    PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
    runAsUserId is getting lost from the context
    
    BUSINESS IMPACT:
    CSR not able to run subsequent commands in the same session
    under a specified customer's identity,
    
    RECOMMENDATION:
    

Problem conclusion

  • The root cause is stickyUserId is missing when copying a new
    request handle for nested call. As a result, the stickyUserId
    will be cleared from cookie. The solution is to copy the
    stickyUserId and stickyOrgId when creating a new request handle
