USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Commerce users on Version 7.0 Feature Pack 5 who use the Side by Side integration with Sterling OMS. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: When looking at a customer's order history and selecting order details for orders, the order details are not being returned as all fields return with the result 'No Information Available' BUSINESS IMPACT: In WebSphere Commerce storefront, business users may not be able to view historical order details which are persisted in Sterling successfully. RECOMMENDATION:
Issue 1: The special chars (&,\,",',<,>) for catalog entry objectPath and thumbnail are handled. Issue 2: The promotion link in the history order details page is corrected.
