Error description
If duplicate groups are present in LDAP, BPM Security throws SQLIntegrityViolation exception and fails to finish the group replication process. Errors such as below are seen in log. Caused by: com.lombardisoftware.client.delegate.BusinessDelegateException: PreparedStatementCallback; SQL [insert into LSW_USR_GRP_XREF (GROUP_ID,GROUP_NAME,DISPLAY_NAME,GROUP_TYPE,DESCRIPTION,GROUP_S TATE,PARENT_GROUP_ID) values (?,?,?,?,?,?,?)]; In the LSW_USR_GRP_XREF table the group_state will be set to 1 for the duplicate group in LDAP. This means that the group is invalid. BPM treats this group as if it is non-existent.
Local fix
Rename the group with the duplicate name so that there are not duplicate groups.
