When multiple promotions are applied to an order, the promotion information may not be inserted into the Coremetrics extraFields parameter in the correct order. In particular, the promotion codes that have been applied to an order may be attributed to the wrong promotion, depending on the sequence in which the promotions are applied.
USERS AFFECTED: Coremetrics and WC environments since v6 PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Analytics that report on usage of promotions for customer orders may not show the promotion data in the correct sequence. BUSINESS IMPACT: Coremetrics reporting shows mismatched promotion details in some cases. RECOMMENDATION:
