• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During setupSearchIndex, the table TI_DELTA_CATGROUP is created,
  along with an index for this table. The name given to the index
  has the schema name appended to it. If the schema name is too
  long, the following exception is seen:
  
  ERROR at line 1:
  ORA-00972: identifier is too long
  

Local fix

• Choose a shorter schema name
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Any users on Commerce V7 FEP3+ using Oracle, that select a long
  schema name
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  SearchIndexSetup fails if Oracle schema name is too long
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Unable to setup search

Problem conclusion

• This APAR corrects the behaviour by removing the schema name
  from the index name
