Error description
This scenario involves a Web Service Integration based on a WSDL which contains an Array as an input parameter. When such a web service is invoked, during serialization of the outbound SOAP request, the array input parameter's values will not be serialized. Instead, an empty element will be serialized for the array. This is true even if the array input parameter has been previously initialized with valid values.
