Error description
While DSNACCMD is still listed in the SYSROUTINES catalog, the library isn't there when z/OS DB2 is migrated from v8 or v9 to v10. When this happens, RC thinks the stored procedure is available for use, and when used, gets a strange error when expanding capture or apply schemas on a z v10 system. DSNACCMD is used for obtaining the list of available bufferpools.

Problem summary
While DSNACCMD is still listed in the SYSROUTINES catalog, the library isn't there when z/OS DB2 is migrated from v8 or v9 to v10. When this happens, RC thinks the stored procedure is available for use, and when used, gets a strange error when expanding capture or apply schemas on a z v10 system.
Problem conclusion
When RC is determining which z/OS stored procedures are available, its internal query is modified to indicate that DSNACCMD is not present for use (the user can type in the name of the bufferpool).
