  • Bottleneck in the database impacting refresh time due to
    original structure of query for inbox refresh. When an inbox
    refresh occurs, users experience slow refresh times due to time
    spent by the query in the database.

    Slowness was occurring due to the un-optimized process search
    query.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fix optimizes the query used for Process Portal Inbox refresh.
    
    Fix is available on FixCentral.

    in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
    package as a separate download.
