Error description
Using the IEM, was able to import the model both as an LDM import and as the .dbm file. Deleted the imported LDM and DBM successfully. Then tried to import the DBM using IMAM and got the error "An invalid character was found in text content"

Problem summary
The IDA MetaBroker crashes in Windows 7 environment.
Problem conclusion
Fixed the IBMIDAPreDecoder module to prevent the crashes on Windows 7 environment.
