Missing SQL Server 2008 generate_ddl.sh scripts needed to run post install for patch APAR JR41540. Customer on UNIX or Linux platforms and using SQL Server database do not see these DatabaseSupport scripts in install media.

Problem conclusion
Provide Unix script file in JR44419 patch for generating Microsoft SQL Server operations database schema.
