Running a job that uses QualityStage Standardization rules in a shared container aborts with Message: Unable to link rule file

Problem summary
Customer's job uses parallel shared container which contains Standardize stage. Job aborts with "Unable to link rule file" During job startup DSD.RUN code attempts to setup links to rule sets in work directory for stage RT_SCnn[.InvID]/StageID or RT_SCnn[.InvID]/ContainerID/StageID This doesn't work for container case.
Problem conclusion
Fixed QalityStage provisioning logic to work correctly for stages in parallel shared containers.
