• Problem Description
  With SOLR search enabled, when browsing products in the
  storefront, the following error is seen:
  
   SystemErr     R com.ibm.commerce.exception.ECSystemException:
  Unable to convert from 'C62' to 'XYZ'. at
  com.ibm.commerce.price.utils.Helper.convertQuantityAmountI(Helpe
  r.java:793)
  
  Where 'XYZ' is a unit of measurement other than the default C62,
  for example 'YRD'.
  
  This occurs only for products that do not use the default Unit
  of Measurement (C62).

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  V7 Commerce users who use SOLR search, and who have products
  that do not use the default UOM.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  '_ERR_NO_CONVERSION' error is seen on the storefront for
  products that do not use the default Unit of Measurement (C62)
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  End users will not be able to browse products that use anything
  other than C62 as the UOM.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• APAR JR43499 removes the assumption from Catalog Browsing that
  the default UOM C62 is used for all products.
