JR44294: DATE FORMAT IN EMAILS DO NOT MATCH WITH SELECTED LOCALE

Error description

• Task notification emails do not contain the correct date format
  that is required for the selected locale. Date format in Portal
  is correct (dd/mm/yyyy) but in the task notification email the
  dates look like: Wed Sep 19 05:38:38 EDT 2012

Problem conclusion

• Code was added to determine date format for Task
  notification emails based on the locale settings of the user.
  
  Fix is available on FixCentral.
  
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
  in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
  package as a separate download.
