Problem summary

  • When Event Persistance DB shutsdown due to some
unexcpected issue and returns back after some time.During this
time the adapter fails to update status in the event table and
also fails to deliver to the end point.
So the events still in the event table with event status as 0.
In the next poll cycle adapter not able to pick up these events
    and reprocess them again.

Problem conclusion

  • The issue has been fixed. Now the adapter checks in the event
table for any unprocessed events that are with status 0 and
picks those events in the next poll cycle and process them.
