Error description

• Using the Admin Console to update a SCA module's http binding
  read timeout for one method may alter the read timeout for a
  different method in the module. As a result the read timeout
  value has been set incorrectly and unexpected timeouts may
  occur.

Problem conclusion

• The ifix is used to make sure the read time out set correctly,
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
  in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
  package as a separate download.
