Error description

• When sending a Web Service request, the Request SOAP message has
  incorrect namespaces used for the elements.

  The generated request xml's elements are not appended with the
  correct namespaces/prefix. The elements cannot be looked up on
  the external service end due to incorrect namespaces and an
  empty response is sent back.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to properly append the namespaces
  and prefixes accordingly. The fix has been integrated into the
  v8.0.1.0 fixpack.
