  bpd/AISs , during Refresh and Publish from IID to PC.

  Publishing and refresh from IID to Process Center in 7.5.1.0
  and 7.5.1.1 may take a long time.
  

Problem conclusion

• An ifix has been provided for 7.5.1.0 and 7.5.1.1 in Fix
  Central.
  
  IMPORTANT:
  1) This iFix need to be installed with Process Center
  iFix JR44177.
  
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page in
  FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix package
  as a separate download.
