When evaluating a shopping cart or purchase history condition for a web activity scheduled to an e-Marketing spot, the evaluation should not include orders that are owned by the generic user (memberId -1002). For a site that has trash orders enabled, this can result in slow evaluation of an e-Marketing spot when the shopper is the generic user, and there are thousands of order items in the generic user's trash order.
Disable trash orders and delete any existing trash order owned by the generic user
