APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When evaluating a shopping cart or purchase history
  condition for a web activity scheduled to an e-Marketing
  spot, the evaluation should not include orders that are
  owned by the generic user (memberId -1002).  For a site
  that has trash orders enabled, this can result in slow
  evaluation of an e-Marketing spot when the shopper is the
  generic user, and there are thousands of order items in the
  generic user's trash order.
  

Local fix

• Disable trash orders and delete any existing trash order owned
  by the generic user
