Error description

• Errors during enablement of Workspace may be difficult to
  diagnose with limited information being output. Similarly,
  errors during the QuickPublish or Task-Approval phase of
  Workspaces may suffer from similar limitations. Provision is
  being made for more detailed diagnostics during enablement and
  execution of Workspace tasks.

• Improved diagnostic logging was added for enablement of
  Workspaces. Detailed diagnostics were also added to the
  invocation of JDBC-batched operations during approval of
  Workspaces.
