• The number max active thread for the es-workmanager remain
  limited to 25 although set to 40.

  There are lot of messages which are locked in the SCA Queue
  when using event sequencing. The max active thread for
  es-workmanager was only limited as 25.

Problem conclusion

• The ifix is used to improve the max active thread.
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
  in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
  package as a separate download.
