Error description

• This APAR is to address a performance problem resulting on
  account of multiple DB queries made when a snapshot is exported.
  The similar PO Types need to be grouped and queried together to
  achieve performance.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A performance problem resulting on      *

  *                      Customer may see Process Center became  *
  *                      unresponsive, exports in the process    *
  *                      center console failing, SQL -911        *
  *                      exception in logs.                      *
  *                      Java cores indicate threads "blocked"   *
  *                      trying to communicate with dmgr.        *
  *                      Dmgr java core indicates it is idle.    *

  The issue was addressed by grouping and querying the similar PO
  types together to improve performance.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix solves the performance issue while exporting
  snapshots.
  
  The iFix is available on FixCentral. Install/Dependency
  information is available in the
  7.5.1.0-WS-BPM-IFJR44074-Readme.txt on FixCentral.
  When the user goes to the download files page in FixCentral,
  the readme will be available with the fix package as a
  separate download.
