• When using JAX-RPC webservice there is a different behavior

  web service operation with upper case letter and one with lower
  case
  This inconsistency will be fixed by this APAR.

  The inconsistent behaviour is due to using lower case versus
  upper case letters in the operation name of the JAX-RPC web
  services.
