Error description

• MQMD field 'ApplIdentityData' is not propagated when enabling
  dynamic
  endpoints on CallOut with MQ Binding.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MQMD field 'ApplIdentityData' is not    *

  When using MQ binding import with mediation flow components
  and dynamic endpoint on callout primitive is enabled, the MQMD
  property 'ApplIdentityData' is not properly set in the message
  header.
  Resulting in the property not being updated when the message
  arrives at the queue.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to properly append the property to
  the message header, allowing the property to be propagated
  further down the flow.  The fix will be integrated into the
  next fix pack.
