Error description

  • Users with the 'sAMAccountName' attribute value (in the LDAP
    server) in upper case cannot view a shared space.  This was
    reported on a deployment using a Microsoft Active Directory LDAP
    server, where the 'uid' attribute was not defined for the users.
    
    The access control list code in Business Space requires
    modification to account for this scenario.

    The queries generated by Business Space to look up users by
    sAMAccountName value are case sensitive.  These need to be
    made case insensitive.
    This issue will be resolved in future maintenance releases of
    the products listed in the Users Affected section above.
