Error description

• Catalog upload fails after upgrading to fix pack 6.  An
  exception similar to the following may appear in the logs:

Local fix

• The current code in fixpack 6 has a dependency on code in
  Feature Pack 5.  Upgrading to FEP5 will solve the issue.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Users on websphere commerce 7, who have installed fixpack 6
  without installing feature pack 5
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Catalog upload fails after upgrading to fixpack 6 without
  upgrading to Feature Pack 5
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Business users are unable to use the catalog loader utility to
  administer their catalog.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix will remove the dependency between the fixpack and the
  feature pack.
