Error description

• A typical scenario:
  
  A store has two categories - CategoryA and CategoryB.
  Create a subcategory in CategoryA called 'SubCategoryA'.
  
  In Management Center, if you create a subcategory in CategoryB
  also called 'SubCategoryA' (without specifying a SEO keyword),
  no SEO keyword is generated for that category.
  A new record is inserted in the SEOURL table, therefore running
  the seokeywordgen utility does not generate the SEO keyword for
  this subcategory.
  

Local fix

• Manually update the SEOURLKEYWORD table for this subcategory
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0, feature pack 3 or higher who
  use SEO
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  SEO keywords are not generated for sub categories if a
  sub-category with the same name exists.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  The SEO friendly URL is not created for the subcategory in
  question
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Delete the SEOURL record in the database for the catalog entry
  or catalog group that you tried to create a SEOURLKEYWORD record
  for after that attempt fails due to a duplicate URL exception.
