Closed as program error.
This iFix corrects multiple scenarios that could lead to a server request not completing a Global Transaction. Transactions are then left in an invalid state. When this issue is experienced by a thread performing MQ processing, the dispatcher or the worker thread is unable to continue processing incoming messages. A restart is required to resolve the problem. The following APAR is included with this Fix: JR43306 Ensure the global transaction is rolled back even when TransactionCache.transactionNotify fails.
