Error description
When a logical data model is transformed into a physical data model and is targeted to an existing physical data model then InfoSphere Data Architect opens 'Compare' dialog which reports all differences between the existing and transformed models.<br/><span>In a case if the result of the transformation contains new 'Sequence' objects 'Compare' dialog fails to report these objects as the differences.<br/></span>
