Error description

• Data mapping between UCA and Intermediate Message Event does not
  work for variables, instead of corellation parameter. The
  problem is reproduced with the model, imported from TW 6.1.

  BPD runtime does not tolerate the input data binding for
  attached event.
  

Problem conclusion

• Removed input data binding while migration, if it exist at the
  attachedEvent->component->EventAction->EventActionImplementation
  ->bpdEvent.
  
  Following steps need to be executed while applying this fix.
  - Stop servers
  - Apply the fix on BPM Process Center/Process Server
  - On Process Center/Server run bpmprofileUpgrade as outlined
  in

  rFailure
  - Start servers
