  *                      occurs when deleting a failed event     *
  *                      in the Failed Event Manager (FEM).      *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This issue is caused by the mixed cluster environment.
  A non non-application server is linked in the cluster. When
  deleting an event from the Failed Event Manager (FEM), the
  command used was from the non-application server.
