Error description

• Upgrade_7x script terminates unexpectedly when running against
  DB2 on z/OS
  
  When upgrading from 750/7501 to 751, users need to run
  upgrade_7x to update the database to 751 level.
  If the above script is run against a DB2 on z/OS db, it
  terminates in a few seconds without any output.
