Error description

  • When loading business designer on a Windows XP SP3 PC, user is
    running into error.  The lab is not able to reproduce the error.
    The current diagnosis is related to the level of OEM client
    tools such as flash player.
    

Local fix

  • After clicking ok, the customer is able to use Business
    designer.
    

Problem summary

  • Fix scheduled to be delivered in next Modeler V7.0.0.4
    cumulative fix, targetting 2Q2012.
    

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

  • Test fix provided to customer originating issue resulting in
    this defect being identified. Available on demand. Please
    contact IBM supprt.
