  *                      the db on a SQL server from 750 to 751  *
  ****************************************************************

  When the user is using Windows Authentication of MSSQL for
  BPM, when they upgraded from 7.5.0.1 to 7.5.1, the upgrade7x
  will fail due to incorrect db url to connect to MSSQL.
