Error description

• The CalculationCodeListDataBean is used to retrieve all
  available promotions associated with a particular category or
  catalog entry.   One check performed by the data bean occurs
  when a promotion is targeted to a customer segment.  The
  customer must belong to the customer segment in order for the
  promotion to be applicable.  If a store does not target
  promotions to specific customer segments, then this check can be
  disabled, which will result in a potential performance
  improvement.  Another check performed by the data bean is to
  determine if a promotion was created by Management Center. If a
  store only uses Management Center to manage promotions, then
  this check can be disabled, which will result in a potential
  performance improvement.

Problem conclusion

• To improve the performance when using the
  CalculationCodeListDataBean to list promotions associated with a
  category or a catalog entry, two new parameters
  (allowUnentitledPromotionsByMemberGroup and
  onlyManagementCenterPromotions) can be specified that will allow
  disabling of the following checks:
  1) if a promotion is associated with a customer segment,
  checking if the customer belongs to the customer segment
  2) checking if a promotion is created by Management Center
