  Cloning a snapshot results in dotted lines in the decision
  gateway.
  The issue here is after cloning a snapshot, the default
  outgoing paths from decision gateway disappear from Human
  Services.
  To re-produce the issue, create an application.  Then go
  to the test flow (User Interface) and run playback
  button.  It will exeucte as expected without any issue.
  However, if you do a clone of that application,
  you will see there's a dotted line in one of the decision
  paths.  If it is run like the previous test, an exception will
  occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is available as a part of the JR42012 ifix package
  (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1JR42012)
  and needs to be installed as follows:
  - Install JR42012 on both Process Designer and Process
  Center/Server using IM
  - On Process Center/Server run bpmprofileUpgrade as outlined in
  http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27022245#recove
  rFailure
