Error description

• Running MigrateImport.sh with import_type 1 to 10 will fail if
  import_type=0 was not run within the same terminal session.
  This is because import_type=0 sets the
  needed variable value such as GDS_APP_TYPE for the current
  terminal session.
  
  Here is an example of the error when running the following

  In order to correct this dependency, the MigrateImport.sh script
  should be changed to get GDS_APP_TYPE from the gds.properties
  file, instead of relying on the variable settings of the
  terminal session.
  

Local fix

• Run import_type=0 before running other import types.
