Error description

• * ENVIRONMENT     :
  AIX 6.1
      ITNM 3.8 FP04 ---- failover with NCIM replication
  While deleting active polling policy on the primary, the
  MonitorPolicies.<DomainName>.xml synchronized OK on the backup,
  but not synchronized in backup ncmonitor database, where
  the active polling policy remains and could generate polldata
  if primary server down.
  

Local fix

• Disable the active policy on the primary first and then delete
  it. But the disabled policy remains in the backup NCIM database,
  which has to be deleted manually.

  * as a workaround, delete the policy manually on Backup when   *
  * it is deleted on Primary or install APAR IZ99325             *
