  Manager some times does not calculate the number of incoming
  mails

  Environment:
       Domino 8.51, 32 bit
       AIX
       Intelliwatch 24.43 and under
  
  Problem Description:
       The problem is caused by old domino api call.  IW 27.43
  used
       Domino c++ toolkits 3.0. which may cause issue on domino
  8.51
  
  
       Detailed Recreation Procedure:
       We do not find any other issues except the incoming mails
  stats
       on the customer's system.
  
  
  
  Workaround:
  None.
