IZ96899: JVM WILL CRASH AFTER A META CALLBACK

Error description

• Error Message: The client and server have different versions of
  the class and there is type mismatch in the member variables.
  When such a member is accessed at a client end, the jvm will
  receive a GPF instead of throwing an exception. The stack trace
  will be truncated.

Local fix

• Modify the customer's code to ensure that the 2 two versions of
  the classes (server and client) have the same kind of member
  variables.
  

Problem summary

• The jvm crashed while accessing a member variable of an object
  after a meta call as there was a type mismatch in the member
  variable of an object at the server and client side.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  5.0.0 SR12FP5
  6.0.0 SR10
  .
  The code has been updated to check whether there is a type
  mismatch in the member variables after a meta call returns.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20110327 or later
